We have been using our speed oven for a couple months. Once installed it was making funny noises -- turned out the magnetron was dangerously broken. It was fixed under warranty, but it was scary seeing just how badly burned it was. Pros: No need for a countertop microwave; serves as a 2nd oven; cooks well. Cons: The turntable does not turn on automatically with the microwave function. For the life of me I can't understand why you wouldn't want the turntable on. It means we have to remember to press an additional button or the food will be half hot half cold. The buttons and menu is very confusing. It's not clear which is microwave, which is convection. Unlike the full size convection oven you can only "smart convect" with the speed oven. This means you'll type in 425' but it might only go up to 399'.

I had one just like this but 12 yr older model that needed replacing, I thought it would fit in same hole but you can’t get trim kit anymore so had to redo my cabinets or I would have rated it 5 stars.

Loved the online installation instructions. The only issue I had was that because the door opens down, it interfered with the lower drawer on my cabinet. Luckily I am handy and was able to retrofit the cabinet so the microwave now looks completely built in. Overall, a really nice microwave/convection oven combo.
