Normally-dirty items do not get clean using the Normal setting especially knives bowls and glassware and occasionally plates. Auto is significantly worse. Yes I follow all the guidelines provided for loading and running the machine. I regret this purchase.

We bought a full compliment of appliance in June 2023 and I am so satisfied at our selection. The quality of the appliance is great and works fantastic in cleaning dishes. So satisfied with the LG Brand quality and affordable for great product.
