Missing parts inspect closely

The microwave works fine, but It has missing parts. Above the door, the grills are missing so there's big holes that my hand goes inside. Us the button decal is lifting and I only had it for 13 days. This was installed professionally. In 2 days a service rep is coming over to inspect the microwave. I expect a new replacement

Love the looks of my microwave and how easy it is to use.

So after receiving the microwave. I noticed it's kinda hard to push the buttons. It takes a good amount of pressure to get them to engage. In my opinion too much. I don't understand why it's set so hard. It could literally be touch sensitive. I don't expect that but I don't see the reason to be so heavy handed. 2nd the door seems how do I put this, cheap. It is just so light, this could be a good thing, we shall see. I don't like how easy it is to slam the microwave. If you close the door by letting go. It is really hard to not seemingly slam it. Even when you close it with your hand on it the entire time, if you don't hold back, it makes a considerable noise. Hopefully all these things will not make the microwave have a short lifespan. I can live with these things as long as the microwave lasts. As I said before, we shall see.
