Ive had this TV for 2 weeks now. The picture quality is amazing. I love LG TVs for this reason. The included apps are OK but I wish LG would partner up with Roku since its much easier to use. Not a big deal since I can use my own Roku device. The magic controller takes some getting used to but overall its OK. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a big TV at a reasonable cost.

Its been closed to a month we received our LG 86 TV and we literally enjoying the quality and clarity of the picture. The sound clarity also awesome and we can connect/stream in different ways. Overall this is a good product to buy. Thanks to LG for providing such a good quality product for a decent price.

We bought this TV 3 weeks ago. Had it hung on the wall and enjoyed it for a good week. Then the video and sound went out. Got a hole of customer service and surprisingly the tech came out the next day. Stated that the whole front panel was bad and it would need to be replaced. Stated it would take 2 weeks or so. Im like Im not waiting 2 weeks for it to be repaired. Took it down and took it back to Sams Club and exchanged it for a new tv. Got it back up and its ok so far. Picture is a little grainy on some shows but hope it will be fine. Liking the tv so far. Will see in another few days if it keeps working

Absolutely the best deal ever from LG The picture is very clean crisp and clear. Great quality for sit coms and movies no need for sound bar its sounds great just as it is and if youre still undecided take a look at all the reviews online. Im so glad we chose this model. We would buy another without any hesitation:
