I appreciate that customer service has responded to my inquiries about the noise and whether or not it affects the longevity of my brand new refrigerator. I just hope that they are right and that the very noticeable, frequent noise is usual and customary.

Works fine but the door has to be pushed firmly closed everytime. I have never experience a fridge where you have to be so diligent of making sure the door is closed. A gentle push doesn't do it like most.

We were Blessed w/ frig. The So. Ca. Edison Co. Gave us this nice frig. Took the old one away.,which was like 30 yes old. Set this new frig and there u go. NICE!!!!
