I like having the ice maker in the bottom, frees up a lot of space in the refrigerator

There is a large gap between the shelves and back of the fridge. There isn't even trim to stop things from sliding off! Also you are very limited where the shelves can be placed. Huge design flaw. If anyone has a hack to fix this please post it.
