Bought this product on June. Started having issues on June 19. Not cold enough. Voltage connections to compressor were wrong. Freezer door broke. Mother board needed replacing in one week. After a 3 service calls and a lot of fighting the fridge was replaced with one that worked..No more LG products ever again. Called LG multiple times and your customer service was awful. Every person told me something different..Sorry but you asked for my opinion.

freezer can store a lot but the space between the shelving leaves a lot to be desired. poor spacing

Fridge went down after only 6 months. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Went without a fridge for over 2 weeks. The food loss reimbursement was an absolute insult. Ill never buy LG again.

We purchased this refrigerator on April 4 2023. Four months later the refrigerator was only cooling to 55 degrees and it was emitting a strange chemical smell that was also seeping into the taste of the food in the fridge. An LG technician came out 4 days after I called for service and told us that the compressor was broken because there was a leak in the evaporator coil. He suggested that it would be better to attempt to have LG replace the refrigerator because so much of the refrigeration system had been contaminated and possibly compromised by the leak. I called LG to ask if that was possible but the representative told me it was impossible to consider replacing it because the technician had not written in his notes that the refrigerator was unfixable. The rep told me that the technician has simply written that the necessary part had been ordered. As it turns out the coil that is needed is on backorder for one month I called LG again today and was told that the part is on backorder until 8/30. Todays LG rep told me to call back in one week and that if the part is still not available the we may be able to start the authorization process in which we may be eligible for a refund or a replacement. I do not understand why we need to wait a full week before we can talk about replacing this fridge. It is barely four months old and has a serious problem. We paid for a working refrigerator and through no fault of our own our refrigerator is not working. Refrigerators are a necessity It is not like we are doing without a toaster or an icemaker. We are VERY disappointed with the customer service that we are currently receiving and will never buy LG products again.
