Best Interior but not Exterior

Ive had this refrigerator for one year now. I previously had the one door bottom freezer model that broke under warranty. I like this french door set-up much better for organization. Plenty of room for everything. The shelves work fine for our set-up. Love the pantry drawer. It doesnt hit the rubber seal when opened unlike other refrigerators. Best designed interior of all the 33 refrigerators we looked at. But the exterior is not great. I attached a picture below of the dimpled surface. Its just me and my husband and we take care of our things because things are expensive. I can only see the dimpling when the light hits it a certain way but still I know its there. I have called about this and was told it is cosmetic and not covered under warranty. So I put up with it because the inside functions so well. Theres not many options for our limited space and our budget. LG please consider using better metal. It would be worth paying a little more for it.

Beautiful refrigerator. Well designed. Quiet operation. So easy to find things inside. Great size for a houses built in the pre-McMansion era when refrigerator spaces werent gigantic.

It was working fine until it stopped working one day. Luckily It still covered under manufacture warranty. Without that Id be out off luck. Not recommend LG or any brand that use this particular direct drive compressor to anyone. It seems to have this problem unsolved by the LG.
