I have had my refrigerator for a few weeks now. There was a bit of a learning curve getting used to how to fit everything in. Now that I’ve figured out how I need to arrange the shelves to work for us, I love it! My only negative might be the water does not dispense as cold as my old fridge did.

We recently purchased this model because it was one of the few that fit our space and was similar to our old fridge that was discontinued . We are very happy with this fridge. I wish the LED lights were brighter and the produce saver on the door is a waste of tall space for wine bottles. If there were brighter lights one could fit more items in the fridge. Ok I would gladly purchase a bin to replace what is there. It was very easy to get used to the storage space of this fridge . Two thumbs up!!

I bought this to replace a side by side GE. I like most of the features, but not fond of the sliding shelf. There is only a small space for tall milk and juice bottles, then the rest of the shelf is hidden. My water dispenser leaked and I took the cover off to find the hose slit, will contact KitchenAid about that. Overall happy with the product and features.

My only concern is the top shelf. I can’t move it down a notch. Now I have it jammed. Appliance Factory has ordered a new shelf & will install it. Wonderful!!
