Tasted like plastic chemical for two weeks now.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I replaced this back in February, and it's not the first time I've replaced my filters, so I know what I'm doing. I installed, primed and the water came out tasting like we were drinking out of a rubber ball. The taste was horrible. I finally stopped and will be writing Frigidaire for a refund and explanation.
