Appliance Specs wrong

Not sure how it worked because when it was delivered the actual size was 27 1/4" wide not 27" as is listed in the specs. I would not go with this unit if you are trying to fit into an existing 27" space because it won't fit. Eletrolux Chat and phone number provided not help and could care less that the specs are incorrect. I am a designer and tired of manufacturers not taking time/care to provide correct specifications.

While the feature list of the washer is extensive and impressive, our user experience has been less thrilling. We often find clothes trapped in the front drain between the seal and the door. Additionally, we find the washer does not cope well with smaller loads leaving those clothes often soaking wet. It's possible that we will be able to manage by manipulating settings to force the washing results to our liking; however, when our previous $50 washer provided seemingly better results and simplicity, it's difficult to be happy with the purchase of such a lauded and expensive machine.

Electrolux doesn't back their own product. I bought this front load washer/dryer set. It's the first "new" washer I've owned. Only 13 months of use and the drum warped, leaving an awful burning smell. Luckily I kept by second-hand washer of 10+ years in the garage! Several attempts to work with Electrolux and the best they have offered is 50% off a new appliance. No service repair in our area. Why would I buy another one?
