I had always loved front loaders til now. The design of the rubber boot is horrible. We have had much issues with our set. We have had the boot replaced once already, used the recommended cleaners, left door open, and I also use a more natural detergent at only 1-2 Tbsp per load. It's a vicious cycle of cleaning. How does one keep up with the ports at top of tube, who wants to find residue on their clothes, even after just cleaning the machine. No amount of scrubbing with their recommended cleaners, bleach soaking, baking soda/vinegar takes it all away. You can't even get into the area closest to drum efficiently. The dryer was also an issue the lint tray had no felt strip so that was replaced, than the fan motor was also replaced because of defect. Upon contacting company more than once, we were given the run around.. it's sad We payed more money to get what we thought was a better machine. The design is quite poorly done.When we gather the extra money, I'll go back to a whirlpool, we never had issues with them

I have to say I went by reviews to buy this and its just not doing it job at all. It is not washing anything and everything comes our smelling bad. I have tried 5 different detergents using varying amounts, extra rinse ect. everything I could think of but its simply not working. So now if I cant figure this out I will need a new washer and dryer and theses are brand new.

This washer was well worth the several week wait to get it. It is efficient, cuts down on our water usage and then spins the clothes practically dry.

I have been reading the reviews for Electrolux washing machines and dryers for a few years now. I finally had an opportunity to replace my washing machine and bought the ELFW7337AW. It's very well built and easy to operate. The cycles are accurate and perform nicely. I am very happy with this machine.
