Easy to use. Coffee made quickly and good

I am only giving it 3 of 5 stars for two reasons: it only keeps the coffee hot for two hours and once you are down to the last two cups, it is almost impossible to pour them without making a mess.

Difficult to use coffee pot to fill reservoir, carafe does not keep coffee hot enough, design of carafe makes it difficult to empty completely, coffee does taste good when heated properly

Like the size. Carafe keeps coffee much warmer than my old coffee maker & I don't mind how it pours unlike some other people's comments. Tight fit to use carafe to pour water into the top water section but can live with that. I use the screen coffee filter and a paper filter too and cleanup is easy. Best of all it makes a pretty good cup of coffee.
