Let me start by saying I purchased all Bosch appliances for my kitchen. Microwave, hood, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher. I have owned this oven for a little over 2 months, not pleased. Wish I purchased the duel fuel model. First off it arrived defective, the oven would not light because of a faulty part. It has since been repaired. Lastly, unless you were to study the operation manual. You wouldnt know that this unit is super Basic, no temperature readout, no heating indicator. The oven is inconsistent with temperature, despite it being serviced by a certified repair company, and having our Gas company look into the gas supply. I would recommend another model over this oven. This one may not be for you. All the other appliances are great!

This is such a beautiful range. I love the cooktop. Burners cook quickly, so far it is easy to clean. Disappointed in the oven. The dial is so small and hard to read and when setting the temperature and then there is no digital reading of the oven temperature. I truly cannot believe that,and would never have looked for that when purchasing, but what a shame that it is missing. I am going to have to buy an oven thermometer to know the temperature, and with an oven this expensive I would have never thought that would be something I would need. My last gas range, was 1/3 the cost but I always knew the temperature of the oven.

This oven is very hard to ignite. You need to check afterward inside the oven to be sure it actually turned on. I had a few times when I thought it was preheating and it really never ignited. It’s quite primitive for its price point. Also I had the Bosch technician come repair the ignition and check the temperature because I felt things were not baking correctly. Turns out 350 was coming to 378. Even after reporting the ignition the oven still isn’t simple to turn on. You need to hold it in for a few seconds and then swiftly turn. You still must always check it actually lit. I would not recommend. The stove top also doesn’t ignite easily. Takes a few tries. The inside of the oven isn’t deep. You cannot put long pans in lengthwise which is annoying. It doesn’t have more capacity than an ordinary size oven. It also has a cooling fan inside that makes a noise in the kitchen long after you turn off the oven.

I was told by friends years agao that Bosch is the best. Well, I finally listened and this stove is amazing. The quality is top notch you can tell by looking at the stove that you got exactly what you paid for. So happy with the cooking on the stove top and the oven. Best appliance I have ever owned. So very happy and looking forward to my dishwasher coming in a few months.

It is a shame ask used to be an amazing product and a good go to this oven is not only shrunk in size but is missing some key details there is no way to tell the temperature of the oven and no preheat, does not go above 500° not very user-friendly at this price range you would think it would have some basics in the design.
