Disappointing Product - Even Worse Service

Purchased the entire kitchen pachage, hade to wait over a year and a half for the dishwasher. The oven on the stove has never worked, kicks breaker when you try and turn it on. Been passed from different service people for over 10 months now. Should have been given a replacement for this lemon by now as it seems that either no one can fix or cares to fix. Thought by buying Bosch high end we would not have these issues. And yes we went through the 800# and the customer service and all the proper chanels we also purchased the additional extended insurance warranties.

We ordered this stove as part of a kitchen package and couldn't be happier. The knobs are solid, no drawer underneath means easy to clean under, and we got a StoveGuard to help protect the top and inside shelf for easy cleaning on both. We love how it heats easily and quickly and the multiple burner sizes mean we can cook multiple things at once. Great buy.

Waited over a year to get this stove. We finally got it and it is not right. The oven light will not turn off. It would be nice if customer service existed!

We waited over a year to get this stove. Brand new and a lot of money, it should work correctly. The oven light will not shut off. It looks like they didn't install the mechanism for it. Still waiting see what our next step is. Soooooo frustrating.
