The microwave and oven are both easy to use and work well. They were installed in our new home and we have experienced no problems with either oven. It is convenient having them both in one unit and in one space in the cabinets. The settings are straight forward.

Not as nice as the older model that I had… Looks good but wattage for microwave is very low and oven does not have features like I had before

The microwave display keeps dimming so I can't read the clock. I've set it on bright a dozen times and after several minutes it is barely visable. Also the chime is very weak and the vent continues after the oven is done so you have no idea when your food is done. The oven takes at least 20 (usually 30) minutes to heat up and has annoying hot spots. Not a great oven.

Since I reviewed the microwave, this is about the oven. I have had service several times because the temperature was not accurate. I had two thermometers inside and they were either over or under the temperature I set. When baking this can be quite important. I like the low-broil feature and use it all the time to crisp the tops of whatever I have been roasting and sometimes baking. I check the oven temperature against the thermometer and adjust it up or down accordingly. It seems to be behaving more and more so whatever the problem was, it may have self corrected.

Product heats up quickly and cooks evenly, however would have loved to have a light on both side inside of just one side.
