I bought this in May installed in June. After some warranty work in July its been a truly beautiful machine glad I bought it. LG customer service was fantastic.

Being a loyal LG fan I was so excited to find the stylish microwave with the built in powerful hood. Love the stylish finish. The microwave heats up food nicely and love the little sound it makes when it is done heating the food. It is amazing how the hood extender get rid of the odors all the way to the end of the range. The hood is powerful and it is not too loud. It is extremely easy to keep the microwave surface clean by using a dry rag. Highly recommend this product

Replacing and existing LG microwave that was overheating. It has all of the same features as the old microwave providing familiarity. It has WIFI which doesnt help me in day to day operations. Would like to have options to adjust the volume of the notification sounds it provides sound on or off only. The on sound is a bit too loud and plays a tune.

This was bought to replace our 12 year old LG microwave. It matches all of our other 12 year old LG appliances perfectly.
