The beep is so quiet if you are out of the room when it is done you cannot hear the beep adn it doesn't beep every minute to remind you that something is in there. So annoying! As for cooking it does a great job as any microwave would

Poor construction with crooked door

We purchased the microwave, had it installed about 10 days later which was outside of the 7 day window for returns to the dealer (Home Depot). The door is crooked. Spent 1.2 hrs on-hold with customer service with Bosch who sent out a repair facility. Unable to fix. This has been in escalation now for 2.5 months. We get no response to emails. Bottom line..it's a factory made microwave. We should NEVER have trusted the name and wasted the money.
