Horrible Microwave

The microwave came with my home when we purchased it in December 2017. It began tripping my breaker in December 2019 and eventually stop working completely in February 2020. Customer service is aware there’s an issue with this microwave, but does not offer any assistance other than offering to send out a repair person for $99. If it’s the norm for the microwave to last up to 3 years then the warranty should be longer than 12 months. As of when was this item discontinued and why? If it was discontinued due to the malfunction we’re complaining about there be some type of compensation to the customers.

Our older microwave stopped working and we found a similar one and are pleased so far.
