Damaged Unit

We bought the hood from home Depot. When it was delivered we didnt inspect the item which is our fault and a huge mistake. When the contractor went to install it he noticed the front panel was dented. Since this occurred outside of the return window we are stuck with it. Neither LG or Home Depot worked with us to fix it.

Purchased this vent a couple of weeks ago. It is sleek and does the job well with 5 fan settings. Would highly recommend.

This was delivered from Home Depot on 10/20 and because of delays with kitchen installation only opened it pray 11/08. The product is damaged even though box was in tact. Home Depot washed their hands of responsibility because more than 48 hours since delivery. I couldnt open the box within 48 hours because delivery guy placed another heavy box on top of the hood box Ive spent hours and hours on the phone to LG and got absolutely nowhere their customer service is non existent
