Purchased on line last month and received promptly as promised. One problem. The variable speed control does not work. High speed only. Too much hassle and expense to return the appliance. Forced to use on high speed at all times. Probably will not purchase another large expensive item on line again.

I love the telescopic downdraft. It is a little pricey but worth the price. I have an island kitchen and my venting is in the floor, it works great has excellent power. The vent screens are easy to remove and clean.
