ALL PANS BOIL TO THE CENTER Ive been selling appliances for 13 years lol dont listen to the review. Plus all induction burners are made by one company.

Do Not Buy - Cooks Unevenly

If you love uneven cooking and hot spots that is the only reason to buy this cooktop. Even after having LG Signature Concierge come and fix the issue uneven temperature persists on my brand new just-for-induction Demeyere cookware. Note the boiling water in the picture. Only the middle is hot enough to boil and even within this boiling range there are different temperatures. I seriously regret purchasing this cooktop for a kitchen I otherwise love.
