Purchased early November and still can not believe the excellent design and super space it has. I am a tall person and it is nice to be able to find an item without standing on ones head.

I bought this 3 weeks ago. I am very pleased that I bought this model over other brands. The snack drawer feature helps keep down the opening and closing of the larger section. Items used several times a day are kept there and it is very convenient. I also like the freezer design. I had a similar sized fridge before; however, this freezer has more room and I real appreciate the sliding drawer at the top.

Slow delivery on service parts

This frig had a bad fan which was very noisy, the company complied with the problem, however it took a month for the part to come in, was not pleased with the length of time. The recommended temp for frig is factory set at 38 degrees, however it freezes milk set in the middle of the frig, WHY!! Hopefully it will not have any more issues.
