I needed a freezer; I ordered this one sight unseen and boy was I surprised; I have never seen an upright freezer with so much space for actual storage. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and the little green light that let's you know that all is well with the freezer.

I have only had this for a few months and had no isses. I like the quality of the racks, but it would be handy if it came with some metal baskets to store items in so they would not fall out. Although I did not see any that came with that such item. I also would like to see an alarm of some sort if the door was left open or if temp increases above a certain amount. I have friends that have this type feature and that would be a grat addition. The seal is fantastic and items freeze quickly. I would reccomend this for a basic unit, but if your are looking for more features you will have to pay a bit more of course.
