Love how quiet this is. I walkby it and have to bend down to make sure it is running. The only thing that I don't like is it has a very odd smell inside it.

Dishes come out clean, but not dry, even when hitting the extra dry button. Being retired and on a fixed income, I could not afford a more expensive product and am satisfied with the one I purchased.

We purchased this dishwasher in Nov 2021. Love the stainless steel interior/exterior and the durable racks. It does a great job cleaning the dishes. (With just 2 of us, we run it every 3-4 days so I do rinse the dishes some and use normal wash.) The negative thing for us is the top rack. We put mostly cups, glasses on top so don't like the section with the tines close together and the fold down cup shelf that we don't use. It would be nice if all of the tines were spaced evenly apart and the fold down rack was removable. Also it would be nice if both sides of the top rack had the adjustable tines. Also, the noise level is louder than we expected, especially when draining.

We bought this dishwasher from Lowes after the GE one that came with our house crapped out after only 1 month of use. Although it was still under 1yr warranty the part to repair it was 90 days out. We picked up this dishwasher and have been absolutely thrilled with it from the start. Installation was simple and using the interface is very intuitive. Not only is the unit quite water efficient it does a phenomenal job of cleaning the dishes. My most favorite feature about this unit is that it is soooo quiet. You can hardly hear it running while you are standing right next to it. My wife has accidently opened it up mid wash because she never heard it. We are super thrilled with our purchase and its performance.

Bought it last Thursday delivered on Friday around 7 pm tried to hook it up saturday. Kepy tripping gfi called support was on hold for an hour with a recording someone would be with me shortly. I'm amazed you're still in business
