I bought this for the safety features (no pan no heat). The speed in which it heats whatever is being cooked is impressive. So far I would highly recommend this product.

Can't believe how quickly I can boil water for pasta and being able to instantly drop or raise the heat of the pan makes it easy to avoid burning food. It looks sleek and cleans easily. Couldn't be happier with our purchase.

This is the second induction cooktop we’ve owned and the Frigidaire is heads and shoulders better than are other one! Love the special features- stay warm; the supercharged to setting that boils a large pot of water in a couple minutes; and the dual cook top function to use a griddle or large oval roasting pan. F

It works as I would expect. I am new to induction cooking but am quite pleased with both the "new" cooking method as well as the appliance itself. It also is much more attractive than my old gas cooktop. The touch controls take some getting used to and seem a bit inconsistent but not too bad.
